Through our company ARTEMIS, the Real Estate Division integrates all the resources required for project development and management, and complements the Group’s expertise in the Distribution-Construction-Real Estate chain. The Group’s real estate assets include commercial premises, housing and hotels.

The most recent addition to our diversified business mix, the Hospitality & Leisure division arose from a wish to enhance the value of assets in a unique, contemporary fashion: hotels, cinemas and shopping centres built to international standards. Our portfolio of three hotels will soon be branded as Radisson and Radisson Blu.
